is held.
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. An enquiry is not a booking, and nothing is paid on this website. We reply with a quote, valid for 7 days. The dates are held only once the first payment is received.
- To hold the dates
- If check-in is more than 60 days away, 30% of the stay is due now. The balance, 70%, is due 60 days before check-in. If check-in is within 60 days, the full stay amount is due to confirm.
- Weddings
- 50% to hold the date, and 50% due 60 days before, on the same rule.
- Damage deposit
- A refundable R10 000 is held against damage to the villa. It is separate from the nightly rate. When it is paid back is set out in your quote.
- In the nightly rate
- The whole villa, for up to twelve guests. White linen, Wi-Fi, the courtyard pool, parking, and the boardwalk to the beach. Both kitchens, the coffee machine, the fireplaces and the braai.
- Arranged separately
- A private chef, game drives on neighbouring Buffalo Drift Game Farm, and horse riding on the beach can be arranged. They are not part of the nightly rate.
- Cancellation
- Notice periods and refunds are not published as fixed tiers on this page. They are written into your quote before you pay. Until that quote, nothing is held and nothing is due.
